So, you'd like to become a member of Painted Rock H.O.G? Well, you've come to the right place!

To join any H.O.G. chapter, you must first be a member in good standing with National HOG. If you are not already a member of National H.O.G., you will need to go to www.hog.com first. There you can read all about the benefits of National H.O.G. Membership and even join National H.O.G. online.
Once you have signed up, Harley will send you an email with your H.O.G. membership number (i.e.: US1234576) . You will need this number to complete our application form. Always be sure to include the US prefix when entering your membership number. National H.O.G. will also send you a plastic membership card and a benefits guide at a later date.
To join Painted Rock H.O.G. #4737, you will need to fill out and return the Chapter Membership Enrollment and Release Form and the Supplemental Form which can be downloaded by clicking the button below. You may also obtain our application forms at Rally Point H-D dealership. Return the completed forms in one of three ways:
- Bring the form to our Chapter meeting which are held the second Saturday of each month.
- Return the form to Matt Ashley, our H.O.G. Manager at Rally Point H-D;
- Or Mail the form to: Painted Rock H.O.G. Chapter #4737, 3230 Williams Rd, Columbus, GA 31901, Attn: Membership Officer
Our membership year runs from January through December, with annual dues currently set at $30. Each year, we also offer a special Membership Renewal Period—typically from November through December 31—during which members can renew for the upcoming year at a discounted rate of $25.
Because one part of the application form is an annual release of liability, we can only renew our membership each year and cannot provide a multi-year option. This release of liability allows us to participate in the chapter rides and events held during the year.
In addition to participating in chapter activities, another member benefit is that Rally Point Harley-Davidson provides a 10% discount on parts, service and other Harley-Davidson retail items.
